The Well Understood Principles for the Refraction of Light and Not Design Form the Basis for Vision

by Gerald Huth on July 10, 2005

This explanation of light interaction with the retina of the eye demonstrates that the principles of the refraction of light within the eye led to the evolutionary e organization of rod and cone receptors on the retinal surface with the result being the wondrous process of vision. Vision thus represents a straightforward interaction of simple physical principles… the fundamental molecular self-organization of biological structure with well understood properties of light. This is the nature of evolution and, to paraphrase Descartes, there is no need for any other hypothesis.
