We use the statement that “a photon interacts…with a rhodopsin pigment” implying that quantum effects exist within the eye and therefore that such effects must be inherent in the vision process. Just some more thoughts following yesterday’s (thoughts)… I have proposed that only three wavelengths (RGB) of light refracted within the eye are detected by spatial antenna structures (retinal receptor appositions and not the receptors themselves) that are finely tuned to receive only these wavelengths.
